Area of activity
Project management, promotion and dissemination of results

Objective

Project management is a set of complex activities aimed at ensuring that a project is successful. This means that the project must be completed within a specified time frame, within specified budget constraints, and in accordance with specified quality requirements.
On the other hand, the promotion and dissemination of project results is a process in which the results are presented to the project stakeholders in order to gain their greater interest, involvement and social acceptance. It is about promoting the best results of the project, increasing awareness and getting as many people as possible to influence the positive outcome of the project. This action should be implemented at every stage of the project and extend beyond its time frame.

In the implementation of educational activities entrusted to FDPA in the LIFE PILICA project, I would like to use the potential and many years of experience of the entire team in conducting training and educational and information campaigns. We want to convince farmers that practices in the field of water, soil and biodiversity protection not only serve the environment, but also increase the efficiency of agricultural production.

I take part in the work related to the promotion of the project. I want such a rich and diverse project to be characterized by a conciliatory and inclusive approach. This can be achieved by representing the interests, needs and opinions of each stakeholder group, which is why I try to take care of it and be close to our Beneficiaries thanks to good relations and understanding through research, e.g. evaluation.
